There are three Industrial Parks within Whitley County that can meets the needs of your business!

Rail Connect Business Park is a publicly-owned, rail served industrial park being developed by the Whitley County Redevelopment Commission. The 110+ acre park was recently approved by Strategic Development Group for the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership’s “Certified Site Ready” designation. Rail Connect Business Park offers stoplight access at US Highway 30, which provides direct access to Interstate 69 (10 miles). Proposed lots are divisible and all utilities will be in-place by early summer 2011.

Park 30 Business Center is a business industrial park developed by Customer Choice Services Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northeastern Rural Electric Membership Corporation. Situated along US Highway 30, Park 30 "Certified Shovel Ready" by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, the Park provides full underground infrastructure and transportation connections. Available lots range in size from 2 acres to 13 acres.
