Rail Connect Business Park is a publicly-owned, rail served industrial park being developed by the Whitley County Redevelopment Commission. The 110+ acre park was recently approved by Strategic Development Group for the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership’s “Certified Site Ready” designation. Rail Connect Business Park offers stoplight access at US Highway 30, which provides direct access to Interstate 69 (10 miles). Proposed lots are divisible and all utilities will be in-place by early summer 2011. |

Rail Connect Business Park is located at the intersection of County Road 600 West and 300 South approx 10 miles from Fort Wayne & I-69.
