NOTICE OF PUBLIC OFFERING OF REAL ESTATE
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the County of Whitley, Department of Redevelopment/Whitley County Redevelopment Commission (“Commission”) located at 220 W. Van Buren Street, Suite 102, Columbia City, IN 46725, will open and consider written, sealed offers for the purchase of the following described real estate (“Real Estate”) as a whole pursuant to I.C. § 36-7-14-22:
Lot number 1 in the Plat of the Rail Connect Business Park, being a Subdivision of part of the Southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 31 North, Range 10 East, Whitley County, Indiana.
Lot number 3 in the Plat of the Rail Connect Business Park, being a Subdivision of part of the Southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 31 North, Range 10 East, Whitley County, Indiana.
Offers issued in response to this notice must be submitted to the Commission at 220 W. The Commission will open and consider any offer received pursuant to this notice and pursuant to the terms of I.C. 36-7-14-22 on the 17th day of May, 2011, at 7:30 a.m. at 220 West Van Buren Street, Suite 102, Columbia City, IN 46725.
Any offer submitted by a Trust, as defined by I.C. § 30-4-1-1(a), must identify each beneficiary of said Trust and each settlor empowered to revoke or modify the Trust.
The offering price of the real estate is Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) per acre for a total purchase price of Two Million Five Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand One Hundred Forty Dollars ($2,572,140.00).

• All proposed uses must be in conformance with the Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Limitations for Rail Connect Business Park recorded as document #2010090297 in the Office of the Whitley County Recorder’s Office.
