Riley Hollenbaugh

Director of Workforce & Community Development

Riley Hollenbaugh joined the EDC in October of 2017 as the director of workforce and community development. Prior to going the EDC, Riley was the Saline Main Street Executive Director in Saline, Michigan.

Riley holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Purdue University and a M.A. in urban affairs and public policy from the University of Delaware. After graduating from the University of Delaware, he served as an intern at Indiana Landmarks central office in Indianapolis, where he did work as a covenant and easement monitor. Riley has also worked at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Gatlinburg, Tennessee as a preservation intern, the Downtown Improvement and Revitalization Team as a preservation specialist in Lake City, Colorado, and also served as executive director for the Grayling Downtown Development Authority in Grayling, Michigan.

Riley is a native of nearby Tunker, and he recently moved back to northeast Indiana where he lives with his wife, Katie and their Labrador retriever, Milo.
