Gateway Industrial Park
Gateway Industrial Park is a 150+ acres industrial park developed by Northeastern REMC in the 1950’s and dedicated in 1961 by then-governor Matt Welsh. The park features underground electric utility infrastructure, highway visibility and stoplight access to U.S. Hwy 30. Protective covenants were recently updated by the park owners association. The Whitley County Economic Development Corporation (EDC), Whitley County Highway Department and Whitley County Redevelopment Commission led an effort to make drainage improvements and repave the streets in the industrial park.
Park 30 Business Center
Park 30 Business Center is a business industrial park developed by Customer Choice Services Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Northeastern Rural Electric Membership Corporation. Situated along U.S. Hwy 30, Park 30 is “Certified Shovel Ready” by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. The Park provides full underground electric infrastructure. Available lots range in size from two acres to 13 acres.
Rail Connect Business Park
Rail Connect Business Park is a publicly owned, rail-served industrial park developed by the Whitley County Redevelopment Commission. The 110+ acre park was recently approved by the Strategic Development Group for the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership’s “Certified Site Ready” designation.
Rail Connect Business Park has stoplight access to U.S. Hwy 30, which provides direct access to Interstate 69 in just 10 miles.
South Whitley Industrial Park 2020
The South Whitley Industrial Park is a 150-acre industrial park located in South Whitley, just 15 minutes southwest of Columbia City. The park is conveniently located off State Road 5 and State Road 205 and just 23 miles from I-69 and 10 miles from U.S. Hwy 30.
